Day 3: Tuesday - How & Why To Move More at Work

Can you imagine what would have happened to our ancient ancestors, if they sat all day?  

For 99% of human history, we have been very active with our bodies. The body evolved to not only move often, but to prime itself for powerful motion in the presence of a threat. Therefore, stress is instinctive and the body's inclination to move during times of stress is instinctive and yet we stay motionless during much of our stressful work day. 

Considering this primal relationship between movement and stress, it's no surprise that movement helps us process stress and is one of the tools that defeats the villain. That's why we dedicate Tuesdays to moving more!
